1. Where are the servers located?
All our servers are located at the LCL datacenter Diegem (Belgium).
2. Can I host multiple websites on one webhosting package?
Yes, you can host up to five websites on the same hosting package. Of course you can host multiple websites by using subdomains. If you like to host more than five websites with different domains, it might be interesting to take a look at our Reseller hosting packages.
3. What is the procedure to transfer a domain?

4. Which version of PHP and MySQL is running on the servers?
Our servers are always running the latest stable versions. For PHP version 5.3.10 and MySQL 5.1.56.
5. Does BE servers register domains under their or the customer's name?
We register all domains using the details of our customers, so you become the domain owner.
6. Can BE servers build our website?
No, webbuilding is not a service we offer.

8. How can I cancel my hosting service?
Cancelling your services can be done in our Client area or by sending us an e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
9. Is there a limitation on forwarding domains?
No you can buy unlimited domains and let them forward to your existing webhosting domain.
10.How and when can I contact BE servers?
You can reach BE servers by our support ticket system, e-mail, phone, fax or online chat. You can reach us by phone on working days from 10am to 6pm.
