Transfer a domain in 4 steps!

Step 1: Prepare your domain for transfer.

Check if your e-mail address (the one you registered the domain with in the past) is still valid. In case of a wrong or old e-mail address you wil not receive any e-mails concerning the transfer. You can check this by contacting your current host or online at WHOIS. All domains ,except .be or .eu, require a transfer code (EPP). This code has to be obtained from your current host and is required during our order process. Your current host also needs to UNLOCK your domain, otherwise no transfer request can be processed.

Step 2: Place an order with BE servers.

Order your webhosting with us. During the order process, also enter the EPP code (obtained from your old host) in case of all extensions except .be and .eu.

Step 3: Cancel your service with your current host.

Cancel your service with your current host following their general sales conditions.

Step 4: Transfer process.
When we have received your payment and transfer details, we start the transfer of the domain. You will receive your account details during the transfer process so you can start uploading your website. The transfer itself takes 1 to 10 days, according to the extension.
